2. Algorithmic Disclaimer

The "Verdict" provided is a result of Style-Logic Synthesis. We do not guarantee:

• Physical fit or comfort of recommended frames.
• Absolute accuracy of automated biometric mapping.
• Medical suitability (Always consult a licensed optometrist).

3. Proprietary Rights

All algorithms, UI architectures, and diagnostic patterns remain the sole property of AI Styling Studio. Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the neural logic or scraping high-density styling metadata.

4. User Submission

You retain ownership of original imagery. You grant WhichFits a royalty-free license to process such data to generate your Verdict. Shared Verdict Posters may be used by the platform for anonymous social proofing.

5. Liability Caps

AI Styling Studio is not liable for any purchase decisions or psychological dissatisfaction arising from AI verdicts. The service is provided "As-Is" without architectural warranties.
